What to expect
Call the office with the general reason for your visit. We will help determine whether you need a new-patient, wellness, urgent walk-in, sick, follow-up, or telehealth appointment.
Your visit can include your history, current symptoms, medications, preventive needs, prior records, and the questions you want answered.
You will understand the recommended next steps, including any testing, medication changes, referrals, monitoring, or follow-up.
Personalized care
Preventive care matters, but so does having someone who knows your history when something changes.
Annual physicals, Medicare wellness visits, age-appropriate screenings, health risk review, and practical prevention planning.
Physicals for sports participation, school, camp, employment, pre-employment, and other requested needs. Bring every required form and call ahead to confirm any testing or documentation requirements.
In-office EKG, also called electrocardiogram, may be used when clinically indicated or required for a physical. A provider interprets the result in context and explains when additional evaluation is needed.
Walk-in evaluation and treatment planning for non-emergency illnesses, minor injuries, new symptoms, rashes, infections, and other time-sensitive concerns, subject to daily availability.
Ongoing care for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, arthritis, and other long-term health needs.
Medication review, routine and comprehensive laboratory testing, results follow-up, and coordination with specialists when another level of care is needed.
